By using Keygrain (the browser extension, Android app, web generator, or sync service), you agree to these terms. Keygrain is free, open-source software licensed under the MIT License.
⚠️ There is no recovery. Keygrain derives passwords from a secret you memorize. We never see, store, or transmit your secret. If you forget it, all passwords derived from it are permanently lost. No one — not us, not support, not anyone — can recover them.
You are solely responsible for remembering your secret and keeping any physical backups safe.
Keygrain is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of Keygrain, including but not limited to lost passwords, locked accounts, or data loss. You use this tool at your own risk.
The optional sync service is provided free of charge. We may discontinue or modify it at any time with reasonable notice. Your data is encrypted client-side — we cannot read it.
See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how it's handled.
